Order Policy & Return Guidelines
All transactions are final. Refunds are issued only if terms are confirmed defective upon arrival or were damaged during shipping and approved by our team.
Damaged or missing goods must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Include images of both the item and its packaging.
Refunds: Approved refunds exclude shipping costs.
Return-To Seander Cases: If an order is returned due to shipping issues (e.g., unclaimed packages), a refund minus the shipping cost will be processed after the item is returned.

UrinePass.com is not accountable for delays resulting from weather, courier mishandling, or recipient unavailability. Please monitor your shipment using the tracking details provided.
Free standard shipping available in the U.S. Order cutoff: 3:00 PM (PST) Monday-Friday.
Processing Time: 1 business day
Delivery Window: From overnight to up to 10 business days depending on selected carrier (FedEx or USPS).
If an address change is necessary, notify us at support@urinepass.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
While we ensure safe packaging, if your product arrives damaged:
* Submit photographs of both the item and the package for evaluation.
* Upon approval, a replacement will be dispatched at no extra charge.
* Refunds are not issued for damaged products, only replacements.
